How much does it cost?

How long does it take?
Typically 16 to 32 weeks from a signed contract, depending on the project. Permits are the part we can’t control.
Do I need a permit?
Almost always yes for ADUs and additions. We prepare and file it with your city or county.
What does the warranty cover?
5 years on our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties pass to you.
Can I finance it?
Many clients use a home equity loan or a renovation loan. We can point you to lenders. We don't give financial advice.
